Location: Hubli
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales for our real estate projects in Hubli. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential buyers.
- Conduct property site visits, explain project details, and close deals.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for seamless execution of sales processes.
Market Research:
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust strategies.
- Provide insights on pricing, demand, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in real estate (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Hubli’s real estate market.
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Accounts Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team a leading real estate company in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling accounting tasks and statutory compliance. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank transactions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, etc.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances like GST, TDS, etc.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
